How can success be effortless?

Can success be effortless? Yes, it can be if you can transform yourself to perform effortlessly.

I have been the kind of person who values quality and honesty in life and I understand how it feels when you are recommended anything that will not add value to your life, be it a product or service. I have always believed that I can recommend something only when I have personally used it or seen it and validated its benefits.

Why am I sharing this? Well, let me come straight to the point then. I believe that if you are a person who seeks success and continuous improvement then what you seek is transformation.

What is transformation? It is the gap that you bridge, from where you are to where you are meant to be.

Now that you know what transformation is and seek it. How do you achieve it? Some say it is a path of self-discovery and I couldn’t agree more. However, I do believe that when we ask questions they are answered by the existing data in our intelligence or experience and hence the answers are also limited and at times limiting too.

So how can we expand the horizon? This is where I personally found that a coach is a blessing. They say that if you are expecting different results to your actions then you should change the approach too. Our approach is restricted by our thoughts/experiences and this restriction proves to be the barrier to the bridge of transformation.

So how can a coach help us? They will not do anything miraculous if that’s what you are expecting. But it’s no less than a miracle when they can help us look at the same problem or solution through clearer lenses. They give us different perspectives and sometimes what they do is reflect back our thoughts. How can reflecting back our thoughts help us? It’s amazing to realize how our mind runs a mile a minute and at this speed we only listen to the sounds that are either loud or repetitive and this is where the subtle messages are lost, and this is exactly what the coaches are trained to listen to. They listen to your uncommunicated words and that’s when the miracles begin.

I know, I did say coaches don’t do miracle but trust me what they do is they will help us make miracles happen.

I am not saying you won’t transform if you don’t have a coach, you will but the bridge might be a little longer than it would be if you have a coach and I am sure we don’t have all that time to waste before we would like to taste success.
