They say that ‘to be a good coach you don’t need answers to all problems, what you need is powerful questions”. Powerful coaches are not consultants or therapist or counsellors, coaches help you find your answers, they are motivators, they help you unleash your true potential.

How can a coach do all that you ask? A coach truly enables you to dive deeper into your consciousness and come up with amazing insights, which transform you. What differentiates coaching from consulting/counselling is that it does not tell you what needs to be done or how to manage yourself, it helps you gain a clarity of thought which empowers you to believe in yourself to take that step towards success.

A coach uses many techniques, approaches and tools based on the clients’ personality and their information processing style, thus the whole coaching process is driven by and centered around the client and the results lasting. As Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you wish to see in others”. That’s exactly what coaching helps you with. It’s a journey you take to explore yourself and the coach is the guide who shows you some of the most beautiful treasures hidden within you.

So, let me be your guide and explore the wonderful gem “YOU”
